Refund Policy

At GREAT (operated by BEVERSE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD), we strive to provide a seamless ticket buying experience. However, please be aware of our policy regarding refunds and exchanges.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Unless otherwise stated in the specific event page or required by law, sold tickets and merchandise items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please review your booking details (event, date, time, seat, quantity) carefully before confirming your purchase. We cannot refund tickets due to personal reasons, change of plans, or incorrectly purchased tickets.

2. Event Cancellations & Postponements

In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed by the Event Organizer:

  • Authority: The decision to refund, and the source of funds for any refund, lies solely with the Event Organizer. GREAT acts only as a payment collection agent and has no authority to issue refunds without the Organizer's instruction and funding.
  • Process: We will communicate with the Event Organizer and our payment gateway partner to facilitate refunds where applicable.
  • Timing: Refunds will only be processed after we have received the necessary funds and instruction from the Event Organizer and clearance from the payment gateway.
  • administrative Fees: Transaction fees, processing fees, or booking fees charged at the time of purchase may not be refundable, depending on the circumstances and the Organizer's policy.

3. Merchandise Refunds

For merchandise purchased through our platform:

  • Refunds or exchanges are only permitted for defective or damaged items upon receipt.
  • You must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds are subject to the specific return policy of the merchant selling the item.

4. Disclaimer

BEVERSE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD (GREAT) acts solely as a ticketing platform. We are not the Event Organizer, promoter, or producer. Therefore, we hold no liability for refunds if the Event Organizer refuses to refund, becomes insolvent, or fails to return ticket proceeds to us for distribution. In such cases, your recourse is directly against the Event Organizer, and GREAT shall be held harmless from any claims related to the event itself.
