All sales are final. Unless otherwise stated in the specific event page or required by law, sold tickets and merchandise items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please review your booking details (event, date, time, seat, quantity) carefully before confirming your purchase. We cannot refund tickets due to personal reasons, change of plans, or incorrectly purchased tickets.

Therefore, we hold no liability for refunds if the Event Organizer refuses to refund, becomes insolvent, or fails to return ticket proceeds to us for distribution. In such cases, your recourse is directly against the Event Organizer, and GREAT shall be held harmless from any claims related to the event itself.
