By accessing or using our Platform to purchase tickets, merchandise, or organize events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
1. Account Registration
- To access certain features, you must register an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.
2. Ticket & Merchandise Purchases
- Platform Role: GREAT is strictly an online ticketing platform that facilitates the sale of tickets and merchandise on behalf of Event Organizers. We do not organize, produce, or control the events. The contract for the purchase of a ticket is formed directly between you (the Buyer) and the Event Organizer.
- Pricing: All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may include applicable taxes and processing fees.
- Payment: Payments are processed via our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or banking details. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Chiles terms of service.
- Order Confirmation: Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or ticket from us. If you do not receive a confirmation after payment, please contact us.
3. Admission & Event Entry
- Tickets: You must present a valid ticket (QR code) for entry. Unauthorized duplication or resale of tickets may result in denial of entry.
- Organizer Rules: Admission is subject to the rules and regulations of the Event Organizer and the venue (e.g., age restrictions, prohibited items). The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone for unruly behavior without refund.
- Late Arrival: Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance or denied entry, depending on the event policy.
4. Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds
Our Refund Policy applies specifically to all purchases.
- General Policy: All ticket and merchandise sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once a transaction is confirmed, except as required by law or explicitly stated.
- Event Changes: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed by the Organizer, refunds are not automatic.
- Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed after we have received confirmation and funds from the Event Organizer and clearance from our payment gateway (CHIP). We act as an intermediary and are not liable for refunds if the Organizer fails to provide the funds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the GREAT platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BEVERSE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEVERSE TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:
- The use or inability to use the Platform.
- Any event cancellation, delay, quality issue, personal injury, or negligence related to the event (which are the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer).
- Any failure by the Event Organizer to provide the event or to process refunds due to insolvency or other reasons.
- Unauthorized access to your data despite our security measures.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
