1. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Once the ticket is purchased, any changes requested will be subject to the following Terms & Conditions at our discretion. 2. 𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐞 under any circumstances. 3. 𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 - 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (no numbered seats) according to the section purchased (VIP, Normal and students) and guests are seated on a first come first served basis. 4. Student ticket holders will be seated in the normal seating zone. If the parents or guardians holds a VIP ticket while the child holds a student ticket, they will be seated separately, as student ticket holders are assigned to the Normal seating zone. 5. All children and teenagers (up to 16 years old) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 6. If you are attending the event as a group, please make sure that all attendees are present together at the entrance. 7. 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝/𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝. 8. Children under 3 years old (by birth year) are eligible for free entry. 𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭'𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐩. 9. If child become noisy or starts crying, the parent or guardian should bring the child outside the concert hall and may return once the child has called down.
